Semiconductor Reliability Test Solutions

The semiconductor revolution that for 70 years produced significant contributions to quality and reliability, is about to be taken a step further. Since 1988, ELES has been designing and manufacturing innovative Reliability Test Equipment, Fixtures, Solutions and Services for the Semiconductor industry. RETE – The Highway to Zero Defects

The RETE process starts by selecting the appropriate silicon structures to be embedded in the chip design, for later use in reliability test. Then a stress matrix of carefully optimised temperature, voltages, currents, frequencies and cycles is put together with Advanced Algorithms, to home in on those hard-to-find intermittent failures. 
Our real-time monitoring software tools, give you access to the performance of each device during qualification. Our data analysis tools put you in a condition to take corrective action at process and design level. The RETE environment has everything you need, to set you on the road to zero defects.
